Operational Milestones:

What a year 2024 was for us here at Senter CPA! We spent the year assisting clients with all things accounting and tax, sharpening our processes, continuing to contribute to our communities, and growing our TEAM. We’re proud to be an extension of your TEAM.

Now that we have 2024 behind us, it’s humbling to look back at all we have accomplished and the memories we’ve made. We’ve been busy working hard, having fun and are eager to work hard for you in 2024.

We strongly believe our TEAM’s success stems from our wonderful clients who value our services and the wonderful families and communities that support us. We value the work we do and consider it our duty to add value to our clients and to be a contributing part of our communities.

We are very grateful.

The Senter Family

Our family stays busy and continuously moving forward. The kids are still growing faster than they should. Ben (17), Waylon (8), and Charlotte (6). They are wild!

Ben is now 17, and now that he has the freedom to drive anywhere, we don’t see him often. You’ll see him cruising around in his truck, which is his pride and joy. He’s also working at Ace Hardware, so be sure to ask him for help finding things around the store or give him a hard time at the register. Not only did he take up fishing last year, he’s at it pretty much daily and I no longer stand a chance to out fish him. He will be a senior next year, yikes!

Waylon is the life of the party and you always know when he is around. He loves good pranks and is always joking around. He’s still a “gamer” and at times it’s a struggle to get him outdoors. He learned to ride a big boy bike this year and when he is outdoors, you can see him cruising on his bike. Especially around the campground. He’s enjoying the second grade and doing quite well. If you’re around him, he’s sure to make you laugh.

Charlotte has a sweet and old soul. She’s now a kindergartener and really blossoming at school and coming out of her shell. It’s still a struggle with all her food allergies but thankfully some minor wins on the food side happened this year. We had our first Daddy-Daughter dance, and she brings up this fond memory often. She enjoys making a mess and drawing pictures for everyone she meets. She’s now wanting a bike to tag along with her brothers.

In 2024 Cassie and I continued our trek across the state in our camper and even visited other states. It turns out it’s a great way to see the state and the kids love it.  We took our usual trips to Tennessee to visit family and friends. In March we went to the Little Ceasars Arena to watch my beloved Vols Basketball team beat Creighton in the Sweet-Sixteen. We also attended my 20-year high school reunion. Cassie is working on her Master’s degree in Social Work at Wayne State University and being the rock star that she is, she maintains over a 4.0 GPA. As you are reading this, we are off to Las Vegas to enjoy each other’s company and relax before another tax season is upon us. We had a great year traveling, doing new things and enjoying time with the kids.

The Senter crew certainly knows how to stay busy while having a good time!
