Donations Needed – 2024 Rotary Club of Clarkston: Wine & Whiskey Tasing

Dear Clarkston Community,

The Rotary Club of Clarkston is excited to remind you of our ANNUAL Wine & Whiskey tasting! We are currently seeking donations for our Silent Auction and Raffle tables. Having your items by October 11th would greatly assist us in preparing them for the event.

Here are some popular items for our auction:

  • Products or Services from Your Business: Showcase what you offer or create custom gift baskets with your branded items.
  • Golf or Event Packages: Perfect for those who enjoy special experiences.
  • Gift Cards: Always a hit with attendees.
  • Wine-Enhanced Items: Our motto is “add a bottle of wine,” which often makes for an enticing auction item.
  • Unique and Desirable Items: In the past, items like backpack blowers, grills, lawn furniture, golf packages, event tickets, art, food and treat baskets, alcohol baskets, and sports memorabilia have been very successful.

We’re happy to brainstorm any ideas you might have for donations!

Benefits for Donors:

  • Advertising: Your name will be prominently displayed alongside your donation, which will be viewed by 300-500 attendees over the course of the evening.
  • Community Support: Your contribution helps fund our Rotary Club’s numerous community projects.

Benefits for Our Club:

This event is our largest fundraiser, supporting critical projects such as:

  • Shoes for Kids: Providing essential footwear and winter gear to over 300 local children each year.
