Welcome to the Senter, CPA Team – Lisa Haiss

by | Jul 26, 2022 | Team

Hello Clarkston! My name is Lisa Haiss. I’m so excited to announce that I am the new Office Manager at Senter, CPA. I’d like to share a bit about myself and why I am thrilled to be a part of this growing team.

I grew up in Monroe, Michigan about an 1 1/2 hours south of Clarkston with my parents and my older brother.

I earned my a Computer Science degree at Eastern Michigan University. Although, at the time, this degree was quite broad, I did not find my passion for data and organization until my first job. I began writing and creating custom databases.

Throughout my career, I have designed databases and custom applications for Ford Motor Company, Visteon, and various small companies around the globe.

Taking a hiatus from my career, my husband, Eric, and I are raising two boys. The shift in focus to my family has been as rewarding as any career. My passion for organization has transferred to my home. We can argue whether that is good or bad. My family takes top priority, but my boys are close to leaving the nest and it was time to reinvest my time in an organization that could benefit from my skills.

I enjoy time with my family and friends. In my free time, I am golfing, reading, gardening, scrapbooking, traveling, or enjoying a campfire.

I am happy to be a part of the Senter, CPA team and I am looking forward to serving you.
