Introducing the Onvio Client Center

New Client Portal Platform

Important news for everyone who utilizes the client portal – we are switching platforms! We will be moving away from NetClient CS to Onvio Client Center.

Similar to NetClient CS, Onvio Client Center has a secure online portal system used to easily store and exchange files and communications such as: tax questionnaires, tax returns, supporting documents, payroll and other business information, your individual tax organizer, eSignature requests, IRS notices, paying invoices, etc.

 

Why are we making the switch?

Our goal is always to provide a smooth and convenient experience for our clients. One way in which we accomplish this is by staying at the forefront of technology.

The Onvio Client portal:

  • Offers a better client service experience
  • Provides a user friendly interface with easy navigation
  • Has more available features
  • Allows you to easily share tax returns with your financial institutions

When will this affect you?

Come tax time, your individual tax organizers will be uploaded to your new Onvio client portal. At this time, you will receive a registration email for your new portal. You will need to complete the portal registration and set a password to gain access to all of the features in the Onvio Client Center. This is where you will upload source documents for your tax preparation, be able to view and download your completed tax returns, eSign necessary documents, and pay any outstanding invoices.

Do you still need access to your NetClient portal? Don’t worry; for the time being, you can still access it here.
